As per the Bylaws, Article 19A, Section 1; Each member elected to be on the Occupational Health & Safety Committee must be a Co-Chair on the Joint Health & Safety Committee.

The Units that do not have a Co-Chair as a representative on the  Occupational Health & Safety Committee, will need to have an election and appoint a member who is qualified for this position.
